Courtney B. Scrubbs, Principal of CS Solutions & Strategies, is a corporate attorney with experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, both as outside and in-house counsel, and demonstrated expertise in complex commercial contracting.

She is an entrepreneurial leader with pronounced skill in establishing philanthropic initiatives, building prolific teams, and cultivating organizational resilience and sustainability. Teamwork, empathy, and transparency are deeply integrated into her leadership style and the foundation she launches from when advising her clients.

Courtney is focused on utilizing passion coupled with technical skills to support organizations and projects that she really cares about, whether it is driving key inclusion initiatives with fellow affinity organization leaders, mentoring young women on board leadership, or leading fundraising projects to bolster the sustainability of key organizational resources.
